Charged on every purchase
- Success fee: 3% of the winning bid ($50 minimum)
- Administrative fee: $69 per vehicle
Only in certain cases
- Registration deposit/hold: $500, refundable or applied to your invoice
- Storage: $10 per business day if not picked up on time
- Late payment: 2% of the unpaid balance per day
- Duplicate title (if lost or requested): $75
- Debit/credit card: 3% of the amount charged; cards accepted up to $3,000
- Relisting/penalty if a sale is cancelled for non-payment: 10% of the purchase, $500 minimum
Fair bidding
- Every listing says whether the vehicle has a reserve and shows when it's met (the amount stays private).
- If you are the top bidder and the seller accepts your bid, including by removing the reserve, you must pay.
- If you do not pay, the $500 deposit can be kept and the relisting penalty is 10% of the purchase, $500 minimum.
- No one bids on a seller's behalf — not the seller, our auctioneers or our staff.
