If you are the top bidder and the seller accepts your bid, you bought the vehicle and you must pay. That includes when the reserve was not met and the seller removes the reserve and takes your bid. A missed reserve is not a way out after the seller accepts. If the seller does not accept the bid, you did not buy the vehicle.
On the lane, sold, sold, sold means the seller accepted and you must pay. If the reserve is not met, you will hear that your bid is on the call. Good luck. You are still responsible if the seller decides to sell.
If you do not pay by the deadline, the $500 registration deposit can be kept, and a relisting penalty of 10% of the purchase ($500 minimum) applies. Bid only up to an amount you can pay in full.
The agreement box stays locked until you open the terms.
Next is the AI assistant for auction questions. It answers from the listings, fees, and rules on this site. It is available any time and does not place a bid. Call us to confirm anything important.
I'm Cal, the auctioneer on this site. Fast, clear, and easy to follow, the way a championship caller works a lane. A licensed auctioneer still calls the live sale. I don't take your bid here, and every fee stays on the table.
