Who we are

Next Auto Auctions is a trade name of Anva Auto Group LLC, 5820 S Nogales Hwy, Tucson, AZ 85706, phone 520-492-6398 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you type into our forms: your name, email address, mobile phone number, preferred language, vehicle details (VIN, year, make, model, mileage) and any message you write.
• Your marketing choices: whether you agreed to receive emails, text messages, or both, the exact consent wording you saw, and when you agreed.
• Technical information sent with a form: your IP address, browser type, the page you were on, and the campaign link you arrived from (for example, an invitation email). We keep this to prevent abuse and to keep a record of your consent.

This website does not ask for Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, bank account numbers or card numbers. Bidding takes place on Proxibid, and payments are made as described on our How to pay page; Proxibid’s own privacy policy applies to information you give Proxibid.

How we use it

• To answer your question or call you back about a vehicle you want to sell.
• To send auction alerts, only by the channels you chose (email, text, or both).
• To protect our website and customers from spam and fraud.
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

Text messages

If you check the text-message box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Next Auto Auctions at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Emails

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; we may still reply to messages you send us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and deliver our messages (such as web hosting, email and text-message delivery), under agreements that limit their use of it, and when the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technology

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage only to remember your language choice and, for the current visit, the campaign link you arrived from. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and to run our auctions. We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as required to show that we only contacted people who agreed to it.
